Download and Install Proxy Master
- Visit the GitHub repository for Proxy Master.
- Download the latest version of the software and install it on your device.

Set Up a New VPN
- Open Proxy Master and select "New VPN" from the start menu.
- In the configuration, set the default proxy host to the desired IP address, such as 192.168.1.1, with an OpenDNS server ID.

Configure an IP Mask
Navigate to the IP Mask section and set it to 255.255.255., indicating a class C address.

Create a New VPN Server
Go to the Server section and set the server IP to 192.168.1.1, server mask to 255.255.., server prefix to 3, and server name as "example-VPN".

Adjust Proxy Configuration
In the Proxy section, adjust settings like Maximum Rate (set to a higher value for faster traffic), Caching (increase to a higher value), and Compression (adjust for your needs).

Add a User Account
Navigate to the User section and enter a username and password. Ensure the password is strong and correct.

Update Proxy Settings
Adjust the Proxy section's configuration to ensure the proxy server is running and correctly handling your account.

Create a User Account
Use the User section to add a new account with a unique username and password.

Test Your VPN Connection
Check the connection speed and verify that the user can access their account properly.
